Auri East

Auri has been splashing around in waterways for work since they were in college. Auri has guided in Florida, Colorado, Arizona, Idaho, and abroad. They now guide in the Grand Canyon and out here on the magical Salmon in the summer. During the rest of the year, they work as an educator–Auri teach high school English and Spanish as well as Sex Ed for youth and adults alike. They’re also a novice singer/guitarist, potter, block-printer, and bread-baker.

Auri comes back to the river every year because it feels like home, and because they love to see their guests find a home there, too. So, y’all! Let’s go splish-splashin’!
