Niki LeClair

A lover of wildlife, girlfriends, dogs, outdoor activities, and gardening, Niki brings a love for adventure to Team Canyons. She has guided on Idaho’s rivers since 1985 and although she threatens to retire every year, still comes back for more. She makes time to private boat throughout the summer, keeping her passion for river running satiated.

She lives in McCall, Idaho where she previously ran her own line of outdoor clothing for over 20 years. Niki was the first US female director for a winter cat-ski program, at Brundage Mountain Resort, where she still manages the program today. She has a soft heart for her canine friends and is an avid birder. In 2018 she published her first children’s book called Critter Story.

Niki is a wonderful addition to Team Canyons with her authenticity and her many adventure stories, that were born from experience.
